Please return your item directly to store, unused and in its original condition (as it was bought) together with proof of purchase within 28 days of purchase in order to qualify for an exchange or full refund.
If returning an item after 28 days we will be pleased to provide you with either an exchange or refund in the form of a Victoria & Co. gift card for up to 60 days after the purchase date.
On the rare occasion that you may find your item develops a fault, please return the item directly to our store within 30 days of purchase together with proof of purchase and we’ll either exchange or refund it for you.
We hope you love your new purchases however we understand that sometimes they may not be suitable. If this is the case please return the items to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund or credit note. Your refund amount will be less any delivery paid.
Please ensure goods are returned intact and in the same condition as when they were received, un-used, un-washed and in their original packaging with any product tags still attached. At the discretion of Victoria & Co., only credit notes will be issued if the order is not returned in a saleable condition.
Parcels are returned at your own cost and for your own security please ensure that you obtain proof of posting or despatch and obtain appropriate insurance cover as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note: if you originally received free delivery over £100.00 on your order and only return part of your order, if the remaining unreturned item(s) falls below the £100.00 free delivery threshold, £4.95 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. This is because the (non-returned) order total no longer reaches the free standard delivery over £100.00 threshold.

Please make sure you put all your details in the box including your name and order number. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund and/or credit note.
Once goods have been received safely by us we will process your refund minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Returning Online Items To Our Shop
Goods bought on-line can be returned to us directly in store if they are unused, in their original packaging and together with proof of purchase within 28 calendar days of purchase for refund of the cost of the goods returned. Refunds can only be made directly to the card on which the purchase payment was made.
If an Item has arrived faulty please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your name and order number and obtain photographic evidence so we can contact couriers.
If an item is agreed to be faulty or defective, you will not be responsible for covering the returns postage cost and there will be no charge for delivery of a replacement item.
